All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your
payment. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after
you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping
address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order
confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please
contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no
way for us to change any information.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the product you have

further instructions.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the
invoice date (shipping date). Items must be returned unused in
original packaging. Cases returned with signs of wear and tear
or without original packaging will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made for the price of an item, shipping
cost is NOT refundable (unless we ship wrong or defective
product). Exchanges may require additional shipping expenses.
You will be responsible for ALL costs involved in re-shipping
the product. It is your responsibility to insure your return
package – we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Aluron will process exchanges or refunds within 7 days of
receipt.
Warranty:
Limited Product Warranty: Our products are made to
ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the
product. Aluron, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that
its products will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover defects from product
misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering,
product alterations and unauthorized product repairs.
Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential
damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
Aluron reserves the right to repair or replace the product if
limited warranty applies.

not sell, exchange, or distribute your e-mail address or
personal data to anyone. In order to ship products and contact
our valued customers, it is necessary to gather some information
about you. We feel it is your right to know how the information
collected will be used.

communication. We will send all order related information to the
e-mail address you provide. Aluron may periodically send
information about specials, giveaways, promotions and new
products to you via e-mail. Please let us know if you would
rather not receive these promotional announcements and we will
be happy to remove you from our list.
Your address is only used to ship the product(s) to you.
We do not participate in any direct mailings nor will we sell,
share or provide your information to any company who does.
Generally, we do not monitor the age of visitors to our
website nor is our website structured to attract any under age
13. Therefore we believe it is ultimately the parents’
responsibility to supervise their children’s online activities.

over Internet. After you place an order all information (such as
